I was really honored to take part in the program and spent some amazing days in St. Marianna University School of Medicine. This is such an extraordinary experience for me.
To begin with, the traffic is convenient. You can choose different buses and trains to go out and come back.
And also the office staffs are very responsible and considerate. They provide us with much information to help us adapt to the new environment.
The doctors (teachers) are so kind that they will make you involved and learn a lot. They teach you many things and make sure you understand what is going on during the meetings, lessons and operations. They have lunch with you, have drinks with you, talk about different subjects with you. It is so relaxing.
The students are earnest and will help you a lot. They keep us company and we can have really good conversations .It is nice that you can learn about a foreign country with the help of peers.
And the general hospital is in such good order that makes it comfortable to everyone.
The room is cozy and well-equipped.
Actually, there are more things beyond words. Really appreciate the opportunity to the St. Marianna University School of Medicine. I hope one day I’ll go there again.

今度のプログラムで日本の医療環境を了解しました。やっぱり中国と違います。日本では、患者さんが医者のことを信じています、これは大切なことです。それに、医者も優しくて、患者と医者の間にいい雰囲気をつくりました。
それから、先生たちが回診や外来の時色々教えてくれて勉強になりました。中国で聞いたこともない病気も見ました。総合診療内科でチーム医療というやり方を初めて聞きました。Family medicineにとって本当に役に立つと思います。消化器内科でたくさんの内視鏡とERCPを見ました。うちの病院は小児外科がないので、マリアンナで色んな小児のオペを見て勉強になりました。
先生たちが親切してくれて、はっきり必要な情報を伝えて、色んなものを準備してくれて、皆さんのおかげで留学生活が楽になりました。
この一か月、マリアンナの先生たちが大変お世話になっておりました。いろいろ勉強になりました。本当にありがとうございました。

I did not have much expectation for the training, and it was a specialization training in Tokyo that started with a lot of worries. I learned so much from the neurology, the radiology department, and the anesthesiology department that I chose, and I met many good people. While circulating the neurology department, each case and examination of the neurology department was interesting, and it gave the dream of a neurologist specialist.
In the Department of Radiology, it was the most meaningful week because I could learn to read each body image more than I intended. Finally, the anesthesiology department was different from Korea, so it was a special experience.

First of all, I’m very thank St. Marianna University School of medicine to invite me to Japan.
All professors and doctors of OBGY Department were so kind. They explained me all what kind of treatment they would give the patient when we were at ward rounds. I’m very impressive with that we talked about different medical system between Korea and Japan.
Also it was wonderful memory studying with Japanese students. We had a great time! It would be unforgettable memory. If there is another opportunity, I’d like to go Japan to see my friends.
It was very good to have a chance to study at foreign medical school. For me, 2 weeks was quite short but I could make happy memories in Japan So I hope the exchange program between SMU and KNU continues long long time.
