NITTE大学国際交流担当ディレクター来学

このたび、本学の協定校であるNITTE大学より、ハリ国際交流担当ディレクターが来学され、本学国際交流センター長らとともに、コロナ禍における両校の交流のあり方について話し合いを行いました。

本学とNITTE大学とは、2020年7月に学術交流協定並びに学生交流プログラムに関する協定を締結しておりますが、新型コロナウイルスによるパンデミックにより、学生や教職員の人的交流は現在ストップしている状況です。

このたびの来学は、ハリ ディレクターの日本での長期滞在に合わせて実現したもので、パンデミックの終息見通しが立たない状況下にあって、どのような方法により両校の交流を前進させていくかが主なテーマとなりました。話し合いの中で、移動を伴う交流ができない分、ネット会議を活用するなどICTを駆使した交流を促進し、パンデミック禍に対応する新たな交流方法を模索することが確認されました。

International Collaborations Director of NITTE University visits St. Marianna University School of Medicine

Mr. Harikrishna Baht, International Collaborations Director of NITTE University visited our campus on May 24, 2021. Our university signed an MOU with NITTE University in July 2020, however, due to the pandemic, we have not had any collaborative work yet. This time we talked about the possibility of webinars and Internet conferences. We still have to talk about this more before realizing it, but we hope to have such collaborations in the near future.
